Robyn Thompson ( speaker and "Queen of  Rehab") would say $1,000 a month for 70 months on her no interest fast pay offers.  

I occasionally attend for $38/each time if they have a great speaker, but that's it.

The marketing letters will find those deals.The boot camp goes through every aspect of rehabbing a property, and she does bring in speakers to fill the gaps - private money - asset protection - seller financing.There are many aspects to successful investing.

I have been a CA short sale "expert" guest speaker (if there is such a thingy) for some of those "national guru" people who speak across the United States; some doing, some just teaching and some both.

Hello Fellow Investors, Last September I purchased a 3-day seminar for $800.00 from a San Diego real estate "guru" who was a featured speaker at our local Santa Barbara REIA.

I've stayed in rentals that had over 50 five-star reviews even though they had broken furniture, a record player prominently featured in the marketing but it had no speakers, guitars prominently featured in the marketing but they had no strings, common kitchen items missing (e.g. strainer), and more.The response was too wordy.

Finally, the speaker came up.
