The first buyer's financing fell through, and the second buyer's inspections revealed some issues with the septic that we had to address prior to closing - It took forever for the city to issue the permit, but we finally closed on January 28th.

Inspections revealed no foundation, plumbing, roof or electrical problems.

It is far easier for someone to admit that these apps are not ready and may have been revealed too early than to deny they exist.Please do not misunderstand my query.

I think it would be more useful to call them out and leave the post, because then if someone searches for them, the post will turn up and their business reputation will be revealed.

Running this by your broker could reveal tips for having your offer accepted, or even items that you are legally required to do that I didn't suggest. 

I have spoken to a few trusted contacts of mine who specialize in this sector, and they reveal that while tenant turnover is more frequent than B class areas, turnover cost is almost nothing because you don't have to make it look nice for the next tenant.

It was recently revealed that she has also built a holiday house with in the school, which she visits regularly.Now, the amazing thing is that I own land literally across the street from where she is based.
