Hello everyone!

My name is Jordan, and I'm an *almost* investor from ().  It's a historic river town of approximately 30,000 people and three colleges, so opportunities and challenges are always flowing.  For those of you who also drink the two-wheel kool-aid, it's a fantastic motorcycle destination!

I have been a BP Podast fan for about two years, and have read many books (including Brandon's, not to overinflate his ego).  I now feel that I'm ready [enough] to start taking action, analyzing deals, and building a local team.  Thanks to @Joshua Dorkin, @Brandon Turner, @Mindy Jensen, and everyone who has participated in making BP the "one-stop shop" for RE education.

I'm mostly interested in buy and hold properties, although I'm always studying wholesale deals and flips in case the opportunities or mentors reveal themselves.  There are so many options, I don't know which way to go!

I'm looking forward to speaking and working with you all!  See you on the forums.
