I'm happy to report that my tenants agreed with me that "it's just not working out" and have signed a "Quit and Vacate" letter which I wrote to terminate the lease early and vacate the property on July 31 (2 days from now).I'm able to remotely monitor the outside of my property with security cameras (this was disclosed to the tenants on signing the lease) and have not seen any "moving" activity.

Additionally, I am not constrained by miles and miles and miles of red tape, ridiculous nanny state ordinances & laws, or 12-month permitting timelines.  

Take the cameras home and edit the video together on your PC.I hope this helps!

The main was crushed per the line camera and the section is on their property, likely their front yard.

Thanks to our Nanny cameras, we were able to prove it was they and recovered our piece.  

So we purchased Arlo cameras to keep tabs on the property, and got electronic locks for the back door for remote access for contractors, and had ADT install an alarm system with remote access. 

She knows we have cameras and we are turning over a unit and see the dog nearly daily. 

Can't escape big brother, everyone has cloud cameras, plate readers.

Looking for suggestions for a video camera for documenting and marketing real estate - don't want to spend a lot of $Wide angle is most important here - for a still camera, you want at least 24mm wide (35mm equivalent) to be able to take good interior pictures.
