Maybe have my wife leave messages too to see if a women’s voice is more affective.

I currently work as a maintenance technician and have held various jobs in the building trades, I'm married to a wonderful women with almost 20 years experience in the mortgage/real estate industry.

Unfortunately myself and two other women are the only ones living here now- the two other women are living in the 2/2 unit.

Years later when I ran into my own problems I latched onto that advice along with healthy eating (i.e. the selenium in sunflower and pumpkin seeds help give you a positive attitude - no joke), exercising and listening to positive empowering music (I'm a positive hip hop fanatic - check out Dead Prez's 'Refuse To Lose'.)Embrace the energy you feel is making you "nearly homeless" and turn it into steam to move forward and succeed.

I am actually the moderator of a women's investors meeting that evening.  

We meet on a bi-weekly to monthly basis to bounce back ideas, brainstorm and create new projects or improve old ones, form dream teams, create synergy, support, learn and empower each other.
