Hello all - i am just getting started out and was wondering if it makes sense getting a real estate license. Does this give any avantages in moving forward?

Hi @Abdul Azeez - Welcome to BP!  This is totally dependent upon your short and long term goals, and you will see every side of the issue here.  It definitely would not be my first step....more like something that would be an added benefit after you have done your first few deals.   I hope that you have been able to connect with some of the awesome New Jersey investors that are on BP!  I've recently gotten to connect with @Liz Faircloth - she and her husband @Matt Faircloth are extremely knowledgeable in the multi-family sector.   Enjoy the learning process!
