Marcus, thanks for your response.As I have stated on other threads on this topic, the financial lives of most people are very complex and most people will be very well served to meet with a financial planner to set some goals and outline a strategy for hitting (or coming close) to those financial goals.But, Marcus, let us suppose that you and I strike up a partnership to invest in real estate.
