hello,so, I have some questions pertaining two homes that have been vacant for some while now down my road 3bed/2 baths and I'm wondering of how to get in touch with the owners if I'm looking to buy and rent?

Scott, Are you saying that an LLC is not worthwhile, since I'm thinking a pour over will would not pertain to property titled in an LLC?  

I'm curious if you did any research on the county or city pertaining to demand for rentals before you decided to contact a property manager or if you simply contacted the PM first.

I didn't just read a few articles about this subject, I was a subscriber to a site that teaches the average citizen how to research the laws pertaining to the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act), what a servicing company can't and can't do as it pertains to foreclosures, The MERS system, Bifurcation,  and much more.

What material do you suggest reading, pertaining to the Chicagoland market?

There is nothing in the lease that pertains particularly to rodents, etc. but only states to keep the property "clean and sanitary".
