@James Wise has never been known to sugar-coat or avoid offense, but don't get stuck on the semantics.  

Seems like a lot of trouble to install security cameras for this, especially since it sounds like it isn't a criminal offense. 

There are so many that are still stuck on this picture of going to school get a good job great benefits and retire at 60, only to continue to work as a Wal-Mart greeter (no offense Wal-Mart greeters, I love you guys!).

That to me is a pretty offensive statement to a family that is making sure that their family will be able to prosper in the future with great net worth by working their butts off to achieve their goals.   

No need to take offense I was just mearly speculating.

My response: "No offense to you but from day one I've adopted a 'No friends or family' policy because there's too much that can go wrong and I value my relationship with you."

-From a BiggerPockets policy perspective you could raise the issue with Scott Trench or other BP leadership-Leadership advises podcast hosts that the wording is offensive and not to perpetuate-From a forums standpoint you could make it against forum rules-From a coding perspective you could replace it automatically with *** **** like they do with **** and ****Etc.

Growing up in our neighborhoods I speak on black and brown community’s we look at owning real estate as a ‘rich white man thing’ please do not take offense I am just speaking on my experience in my community.
