A motivated seller is someone willing to accept an offer BELOW market value.Again, stop with the opinions, stop with "i know better, best"... just bring data to the table and we can have a constructive diuscussion, but in all honesty as long as you kjust pull things out of thin air, there truly is not much substanance to the post.
