@Michael Nieves Sounds like you are looking more for a passive investment and don't have much of an interest in being an active real estate entrepreneur.

You should be able to get help from a non-profit center that focuses on supporting start-up entrepreneurs in your community.  

I have a women's entrepreneur conference to attend this evening actually.

You here success stories and successful entrepreneurs talk about there mentor all the time and how they helped them get to where they are. 

I graduated in 2015 with a Finance degree but went the entrepreneur route to learn new skills and build other income streams that can supplement my job and lead me ultimately to financial freedom.

Also found a local real estate entrepreneur who will finance the rehab.

I knew how to problem solve Prior to getting into REI I was an entrepreneur, in fact, I've never had a 9-5 gig.
