It's a way for people to try to manipulate the system, but let me tell you when you can go online for 30bucks and get some bogus certification it tends to not stand up in court.True services training is normally paid for by non profit for persons with disabilities and can run in the thousands if not more.

With it being garage ready the temperature gauge on the thermostat goes below 40*, which is nice if you ever moved it to the garage for any kind of kitchen rehab or to another property for garage use, in the winter (until it gets to freezing temps outside) the it keeps working.
