A leaking rook can cause your insulation to get saturated in the attic, damage the plywood on your roof and damage your ceiling to where the drywall needs to replaced.

I have some limiting beliefs about them, since they are available to EVERYONE online, I assume they are more saturated than the in person auctions.

So far, so good with ours.On the flip side, if demand is weak because of saturation of the market with other affordable housing choices, then this may not have such a great upside.

That makes things a little saturated.

On the national STR groups I follow, there are hosts voicing concerns about the saturation of these areas and what that means for property prices, rates & regulation.

Its a tough pill to swallow but the market is saturated and there's plenty of professionally designed places.
