Same with clothes washer ,, people move them all the time,, winter needs to be drained and antifreeze RV fluid ran thru so pump won't freeze up.. or your washer will be ruined.Price unit with,, and without if someone has there own. but moving in and out will be a service fee..

The city came out and cut it and charged for it, since it wasn't paid, they foreclosed.When i stepped in the house It looked like the people left for a weekend and never returned.fridge was full of food/sink was full of dishes/closet full of clothes/etc. beds/couches/armoire/dressers/old videotel computer/old 3 channel tvsome i was able to sell on craigslist other things  donated/scrappedit was a task getting it cleaned out.

I posted 24 hour notice then inspected the property, and all his clothes are gone, but there is trash, random furniture, shoes, and of course a kitchen heaping with spoiled food.

Other miscellaneous gripes: multiple doors need replacing, there’s now dampness in the basement, leaky kitchen sink, windows that were painted shut were actually off the track all together and don’t function properly, faulty plumbing, the list goes on.I’ve read a bunch of stories on these forums about first deals being a total dud and homes from hell but as the list keeps growing, I get more and more overwhelmed.
