i couldn't agree more.Hey Martha Chavarria, thanks for the greeting. what college did you attend. i went to SUNY Canton for 2 year (about 5 mins from the canadian boarder, so i know a thing or two about COLD winters lol) Glad to hear my story was inspiring. i have learned everything from this community by just lurking and reading on my spare time. if i can do it anyone can. i will keep everyone updated on my next purchase as soon as i find that gem!

Then the following week we would blitz someone else's property.We had a great system (each of us were engineers in differing fields) & the company we worked for would loan out heavy equipment on weekends.We all owned our properties independently, with only a couple of the guys partnering on some.Today I hear all sorts of complaints from kids wanting to rehab in what spare time they have.

Hi all, this is a repost from earlier as I think I may have posted in the wrong Category.I'm contemplating purchasing a SFH and renting out the spare rooms or buying a fourplex and renting the other 3 units out.I don't have much experience to go on, but after running some spread sheets It seems like I would have more cash flow getting a 4br3ba(or more) SFH and renting out the individual rooms, than I would get on the Fourplexes in my area.
