Has a certain ring to it...

Interested in mailers, email marketing, anything that can get our phones to ring.

Also Ring neighborhood watch gives a nice idea of what's going on. 

As you probably know you can even hire an experienced property management company that will let you sleep and not worry about the phone ringing at night or the weekends.

I informed them that we offered rental property and that we would love to support their mission and the phones haven't stopped ringing.

Borrow ring money like a down payment is essentially 100% financing and numbers won’t work.

It rings true in lots of asset classes (not just real estate), that "boring is better" which is true because the more interesting/"sexy" an investment is, the more competition there is and thus lower returns. 

You have my attention...no one rings my doorbell at 9 pm.  

Just like the military, nothing is done without a great team around you and from what I can tell thus far the same rings true in real estate investing.
