Help first time investor with crime research

Hello members I am having a hard time figuring out which streets are safer for my first investment. I tried using crimereports.com but that is not responding. Can anyone help me figure out how to find a detailed crime chart for my area?

Some great advice on here.  I've driven the area and spotted older people that were willing to share their thoughts.  You get an elderly person talking, next thing you know, you'll find out who Ms. Johnson has coming in and out of her house late at night while Mr. Johnson at work.
