Hi,I'm underwriting a self storage construction currently and am having a hard time finding hard costs to build mini storage, covered storage, and climate controlled storage.

The roommate had a separate entrance and a dorm kitchen (microwave and mini-fridge).

Large backyards are great for making mini points of interest like a garden area, gazebo area, sheds etc. 

Did not encounter it on my desktop, but seems to be fairly consistent on mobile whether I am using mobile Firefox or Chrome and I even tried Opera Mini to use BP on the go.

He also mention a rather interesting idea, behind the building is quite a substantial piece of property, which he considered building 10 mini storages for contractors, which could potentially generate an additionally 5-6K monthly income.

As far as renting to students, just be careful as they've locked down ordinances because people were converting houses into mini-dorms.

The other a mixed use with Mini-mart/Deli and 3 apartments.  

The last thing you want is another property that sits vacant for multiple years.One thing we recommend in our free mini-course is looking for properties with cosmetic repairs needed, but not structural problems, for your first few deals.
