I am currently looking at a potentially great deal for a buy and hold on a multi-family property in the Bridgeport area and would appreciate any feedback on this area . This is my first deal venturing out of my neck of the woods. Anyone working in this area and can offer advice and guidance on the pro's and cons would be greatly appreciated . My instincts are telling me its time to spread my wings, venture out of my safe zone and start expanding my rental portfolio .
