Hello All, I am well read and excited to start as a novice investor, there is only 1 problem...

As novice investors, we didn't know what to expect; and, interestingly, they had a guru and her husband using a hard sell on their program to "get rich with wholesaling".

It's helped move me along in expanding my knowledge of real estate investing, and I couldn't be more thankful for the resources at hand.That being said, I am still a 24 year old novice that hasn't broken onto the scene yet, and I have a few questions that hopefully somebody can answer or lend some insight.

From what I've experienced so far, the experienced investors are more than willing to advise and teach the novices.
