A forgiving Market for a novice.

Hello All,

I am well read and excited to start as a novice investor, there is only 1 problem... I am in a small town in Wyoming and my market just seems to be to small to get a good start here. I was able to analyze every available deal in an hour and so far driving for dolars and cold calling has been working out. Therefore, I am thinking about branching into a new market. I am really only familar with Wyoming, which is too small and booms and busts, and Colorado (where I am from) but I think I missed the boat on the market there as housing prices seem to have exploded in the last sevearl years. So, here I am, hat in hand, asking the community if there is a market that has worked well for you where I can get my feet we and begin investing?

Thanks already for youre input.

Ben
