Jennifer,as far as partnering with someone it would have to be somewhat behind the scenes/under the table.

A nice home in the burbs was a murder scene, it finally went to FC, the bank had it a few years, then there was a buyer, they were there only a couple years, they tried to sell and it was on the market, with someone over 5 years.

It's hard for people inside the RE investment scene to understand how weird these "probate vulture" letters that appear out of the blue seem to the general public.

LOL, yeah, these guys are real players in the local real estate scene.  

I loving picking peoples brains on their success... so this website is awesome for me and any newbie fresh on the scene.

In my 7 years as a tow truck driver, I responded to more than I can count, fatal car crashes where they were killed instantly or while on scene.

I haven't read the previous comments but I will tell you that a lot of relationships happen behind the scenes.

Hint: More than one house with that yellow "crime scene" ribbon surrounding it is a good clue to turn around and leave that area.
