For me personally, I've always taken the "honesty is the best policy"...policy for all of my househacks, and have been super up-front that I am the owner and will be living in the same home/unit next door (depending on how your househack is set up).

They simply want someone with honesty and integrity that is competent in their profession and gets results from doing what they say they will do.Getting the listing is not the hard part.Getting the seller to price realistically and getting to closing to get paid is the art form.A potential client can tell right away when they ask a question if you look away or squirm and are evasive.Not every piece of business will come to you nor will you want it.Good Luck
