Relocating to Columbia, SC and rentals
Hi All,
I'm about to put my CT Condo up for sale and will be relocating within 30 minutes to downtown Columbia, and will need at least a 3br place. Not knowing the region, I'm thinking that I want to first rent short to mid term, get foot hold and then hopefully buy a duplex/triplex and start acquiring doors. I don't want to lock my self into a year long lease and be in a position where I have to break a lease when the right property comes along.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to proceed? I plan on being in Columbia before the start of the school year.
Thanks in advance
Steve

Steve, I have great house hack for sale in Columbia if you are interested in that. I will send you a DM. It is a 3br 2ba main house with a 2br/1ba apartment in the back.
