The lack of any substance or value in your post, outside of generic comments of approval, leads me to believe that this is not in fact, a genuine review of HRRE (not to say that Jack or Jeff aren't astute businessmen). 

This will make you look genuine to future renters.

Some are putting lipstick on a pig, and some are genuinely trying to provide an excellent product.

By networking I am not meaning go collect business cards but make genuine concerted efforts to meet new people and help them solve problems.

So find the more experienced people, pick their brain and see who is genuine and who you'd like to potentially partner with.2) There is a LOT of information on this forum and many of the frequent posters do so to gain visibility and attract JV partners - they just can't openly solicit.

If you are genuine and can provide value to your mentor, that's all you need to do.

I'm a perfectionist and it seems so easy to say, 'Well, I don't have a website so no one will take me seriously.' or 'If I type my Yellow Letter instead of handwriting it no one will think it's genuine.'
