How long would it be before a group of ultra-wealthy citizens vote their own into office, change the laws to provide themselves as much wealth as they like (and ensure that those that are against them are at a disadvantage when it comes to accumulating wealth/votes, and then amend the Constitution to allow themselves eternal rule.

The CO law allowing MJ (amendment 64) has specific language allowing Landlords to prohibit it.

This should be amendable for any contract and any contract that it is not amendable for whatever reason, you should not sign.

I guess I should have been concerned when a 1/2 of the page of a 3 page document is all about protecting their reputation and repressing my 1st amendment rights to share my opinion about someone and their service, or lack thereof.
