My goal is to scale into small multifamily and transition to large.

It’s awesome to see a veteran in the mix (I'm still active-duty, will be transitioning in a few months).

I found it to be very useful because I was able to 1) get detailed knowledge about actual pricing and 2) control costs by establishing vendor accounts with Home Depot.However, once you have several successful flips under your belt and have built relationships with trusted contractors and are looking to do more volume, transitioning to contractor-sourced materials maximizes efficiency.

Proper notice ensures a smooth transition between tenants and helps you manage vacancies.

I was burned out on the mortgage side, and made the transition full time  to RE. 

What is the best way of smoothing the transition and aigning a new lease with increased deposits and rents?
