If I’m starting a holding company to hold other llc and different subsidiaries for fix and flips or rentals, should I get business credit cards under the holding company name or under say my Arizona subsidiary?

It will just cost your more money with more paperwork to deal with.Our partnership LLC is the "parent" LLC and when we purchase properties, we establish a "subsidiary" LLC owned by the parent LLC.

Depending on the size of your business, you may want to setup a parent LLC and various subsidiary LLC’s to further isolate your risks within your business.

They are a subsidiary of Dollar Tree now and high credit.

You can go further and have the parent LLC own subsidiary LLCs which hold the properties, etc.
