Good afternoon,Had a very strange and unfortunate incident happen recently.

Strangely enough the seller had a complete remediation done & certified BUT the buyers child was still positive for lead after 3 months of living in the home.

The doc stated there are 3 open liens:-2 small open lien dated before the house was built-the mortgage lien on the houseThe strange thing is the open liens are dated before the builder sold the house. 

I figured people might wake up at night in a strange house and might need the flashlight to navigate. 

We had a strange experience where we applied to refi 2 mortgages, one was approved, one not.

It is strange that you would bring up this question after purchasing the home.

The strange thing about Ogden is that general operating numbers are remarkably consistent for respective configurations despite condition or location. 

It is strange that the second would not have been released first. 

I felt we steered off subject for some strange reason!

You do not have a contract with them so they will not get paid by you.If the tenants are paying for a PM, which is extremely strange, you will need to inform the tenants that they may no longer hire a PM or that the PM must conform to your standards.Is this a commercial rental property.
