It was like some of the magic Real Estate dust that was all over the top of J's black shirt got sprinkled on me.

It looks to be a blend of owner finance deals and wholesaling with a huge sprinkle of good luck.

Sprinkle in a few fix and flips so you have an income and more capital to build your long term portfolio.  

I'm sure that most of the STRs you're looking at are already located there, but in case you saw a couple other options sprinkled throughout Destin that are further North, I wanted to make you aware that recent city ordinances have put a stop to STRs in neighborhoods North of 98 (for the most part).
