Be a problem solver.

To be successful in wholesaling Real Estate you're going to need to be their problem solver.

I usually find creative ways to solve my problems but never thought of something like that.My most creative problem solver was a  broken brush hog in a pasture. 

My husband is a web developer and we're always discussing ways to solve real estate pain points with tech...trying to come up with an idea to develop into an app.

Sure there might be some “shitcoins” who are just scams, but if you sit down and do some actual research, there are many great projects meant to solve real life issues and problems.

Plus this is a huge opportunity for the problem solvers.  

Some HOA's really are dysfunctional and as an investor you are problem solver (fixing the running toilet, the loose doorknob, and solving the late rent issue) but these human relations problems on boards can be another matter altogether. 

Remember they are politicians not problem solvers.

But it could be you could be a problem solver for them, helping with management and even an exit strategy.
