Has anyone ever used a personal credit card for Seed Capital to use on construction for a flip? 

Don't rationalize any numbers, or use anything other than cash (i.e. equity, appreciated gain, tax deductions, ...) since those other items are NOT CASH.3 - If you have a negative number, that means you get more cash back in your deal, within the first year, than you spent (so in this case...used)...and you have a winner.4 - If you have a positive number, that means you have spent money to buy this property...your money.5 - If you fall into the #3 category, you have recovered all your initial cash (seed money).  

Next time start the seed a bit earlier if your looking to save money.  

Hi everyone, I wanted to throw out a question and get some ideas/feedback back from you guys.Trying to soak up as much information as possible before I make my first purchase If you had to start from the beginning,  and you had $50,000 cash to invest, and your ultimate goal was to quit your day job and do this for a living within the next 5-10 yrs, how would you invest? 

I and the architect decide to nix the bathtub because if it isn't a soaking tub, how often do people take baths.

I have been soaking up as much info as I can these past few weeks and would like to start networking with anyone in the Chicagoland area.

Would it be theoretically possible to use an ICO for seed capital or equity capital to buy a large property?

I'm an investor in the Jacksonville area and am also interested in participating in some of these meetups and soak in the knowledge from other folks' experiences. 

I joined BP like a year ago but haven't started soaking up the wealth of knowledge until now.
