Credit Cards for Seed Capital
Has anyone ever used a personal credit card for Seed Capital to use on construction for a flip? Curious your thoughts?

If the credit cards or 0% interest, then your plan could work, assuming you don't hold a balance past the interest-free period. Other alternatives for seed capital would be private financing from a friend or family member or partner up with someone who has the funds.
