So to defend what you perceive as some righteous industry is totally off base.. because its not an industry its a bunch of unlicensed very green and inexperienced people out there.Granted it gives the good ones a bad name.. but I can tell you most if not all the top wholesalers HAVE brokers licenses or they close on their deals.. its not just throw it up on the wall and see if some idiot bites on it.So that's a counter point to your post.

I would say the MLS may get you a little bit closer to accurate, but it's not the ultimate weapon.

I managed a large complex,, we had a murder a guy shot in hall with automatic weapon, drug related,, everyone wanted out of their lease,, we stood firm, said yes at end of your lease term or the mutual lease termination with 2 months penalty if they wanted out..

VA financing opens the doors to many opportunities, and if done right it can be a powerful weapon, especially if you will be house hacking multi-unit properties.  

Being one celled it might not even qualify as an organism but it has killed more people than any nuclear weapon has.

To answer your question, we are denying them because she does not meet our credit standards and there were surprises on his criminal check...he was found guilty of aggravated menacing/concealment of a weapon and DUI from a single event a couple years ago.
