Just seems odd to hear the repetitive "Get it to a servicer now", but crickets when I ask if anyone in the community has a recommendation in my particular state.Admittedly, I don't have experience working with a Servicer, so I'll ask around locally and begin throwing darts at a board.

By integrating the estimating into the accounting system you will also avoid repetitively re-entering everything into multiple programs.At the construction company I sold we built the whole system in QuickBooks and could turn an estimate into RFQs, POs, and invoices relatively painlessly and it kept track of all the costs, even the ones we missed on the estimate.

Marketing the brand is all about repetition and having something that catches peoples eyes, which by the way you will have to catch probably 7-8 or more times as people, when they see your brand, may not have the need then, but the more they see it, over and over and over again, it will sink into their subconscious and one day they will have the need and think of you.
