If they say "no" tell them you'd be willing to look skip trace their returns (mail rejected and returned to sender) in exchange for a fair finder's fee if any "dead leads" become deals.

I'm not sure how I should proceed because I want to press the issue feeling that I'd rather the seller disqualify me than be out of the game based on fear of rejection or an agent that may not understand what I'm trying to do.

I knew that if they rejected my offer, they would need to put it back on the market with FULL disclosure as to what my inspection found, and at that point, we were 3 months in, so the interest in the property would be questionable...that was my leverage.

The underwriters are more likely to just outright reject you because you skipped a part.

You can reject for any reason you want but the best reason is due to finding a more qualified applicant.When you inform someone their application is being rejected you never provide the reason.

Do not include any late fees in the total as CA courts view those as liquidated damages and may reject a notice that states a higher than owed amount due.
