Greetings, happy to engage with other REIs. Looking to invest specifically in luxury beach rentals, so would love to connect with other people in that space (agents, lenders, etc). 

If not I wouldn't bother selling as there is an incredible amount of money lost in buying and selling properties, so you have to make sure you have a plan to maximize the equity and actually have enough. 

Put yourself in the shoes of an investor: is the property in a good market?

Real-life reps, to me, means seeing properties in person, whatever your asset class. 

@Ryan Prichard one of the better options out there that can handle commercial properties, for what I'd consider a "low cost" platform is Hemlane. 

Look for properties with value-add opportunities that don't cost much money.
