New to Real Estate Investing

Giovanni Barbosa
Posted

My name is Giovanni, and new to Real Estate Investing. I'm based out of Fairbanks, Alaska. Looking to get into Single Family, Multi-Family, Rental Properties and want to complete a Flip this Summer. Currently, I’m in full research and networking mode—learning, looking to connect with local investors, and exploring my first investment. I’m also looking for mentorship, partnerships, and apprenticeship opportunities to sharpen my skills and learn from those who’ve been there before.

If you’re an investor, agent, lender, or property manager in Fairbanks, Alaska. Open to connect to others no matter where your based out of. I’d love to connect! Any insights, advice, or local contacts would be greatly appreciated as I take this next step.

Respectfully,

Giovanni Barbosa
