hi @Alex Russo my biggest bone of contention is that depending on what kind of listing agreement the seller has signed you may be encouraging them to break that contract which could end up causing them to pay a commission when it sells regardless of who procures the buyer.

They somehow "procure" them with ease, i.e., have a brother in law with a used one in the garage.You should definitely make sure you get them when you purchase a house and take them out for later use.

It is a massive system that we have procured and built over time, and I do believe both bases want to protect it.Liberals wish to do so via covering non-payment of rent with rental assistance; the way I interpret the language is voucher programs and non-eviction for 12 months -- e.g., if you can't pay, you get a voucher to cover, and you can't be evicted for 12 months.

Two of my closest friends have no college degrees and one does very well with a specialty position in a hospital's bio-med dept, the other is the VP of Global Procurement & Manufacturing for a major fire control manufacturer.Not bad for three guys without degrees.College will open doors no doubt, but that piece of paper will not keep you in.
