It's just that 9 out of 10 callers are that class of people who HAVE to move because they're being evicted, or just "feel like a change".

Also try calling from a different phone, so the caller id doesn't show your name.

This topic is mostly directed for cold callers but all opinions are welcome.How many cold calls did you have to make before you locked up a contract?

I just let the callers know about other houses that I have.

I was seeking an answer to a simple question  " Do i qualify as one of the first 20  callers to receive the special discount offered.  

Wow.Within a couple days that the direct mail was sent out the calls started coming in and I got a slightly motivated seller haha.All I got to say is there are some brutally honest callers out there.

P.S: John I like that old youtube video of yours-the prank call when you were driving with some students very funny but something tells me you didn't get a call back lol.Finally a respectful shoutout to @BrianGibbons.

Do you think that will be noticed and/or a turn off for any potential callers? 

I'm contemplating dropping my equity top end to 90-95% just to see if I get more callers who are still paying and therefore may theoretically be slightly more motivated.
