Direct Mail switching address to a P.O. Box?

It is time for us to run our next 6 months campaign. We received a few "threatening" voice mails so we think that it will be best to use a P.O box with the #42 _______ street city state zip. Do you think that will be noticed and/or a turn off for any potential callers? 

It will read like a street address vs po box.
