(except the fridge & microwave) We were going to replace just the appliances and countertops, but decided to redo the whole thing.

All new appliances, fridge, dishwasher, oven, and over the range microwave for around 2K.

The new construction has a standard gas range (1,400-2000) with a microwave above it (200).

I throw in a cheap microwave for a nice touch and it helps people get up and going .

Appraiser correctly notes the Microwave, Disposal and dishwasher but failed to include Refrigerator, Stove/Range, Washer, Dryer.

Usually the rentals already have a fridge, stove, microwave, etc..  

I had a frig and microwave up there and rarely came down except to be social with my room mates.
