Account Closed   We live in phoenix and have done rehabs in Mi, IA, WI and IN, most of the properties we did not see before purchasing because we were buying defaulted notes so we could not get in before we foreclosed.

Essentially, you'd be taking some of the risk out of the deal if I, as an investor, can come in and see things more clearly.If nothing else, a few hundred to a few thousand dollars of cleanup work is done.

In a lease option or subject to agreement, it is my understanding that I as the investor would pay the seller monthly payments.
