So if inferring one could simply "loose" the property, there funds etc., nope, not reality, and every Real Estate attorney, like mine, knows this. 

The studio has large windows on both sides of the unit so i do not want to loose any of that natural light, and I am thinking of eitherA - Doing a full glass partition wall with glass door, with smart glass that can frost to create privacy when in use and allow sunlight when not in use to both sides of the apartmentorB - Doing a higher end full wall foldable partition on a track that closes the whole new "room" into a bedroom but can close back up and fold away to make it a studio again if not in use.Thanks for your input

They charge $170 to fix a loose pipe, and their client charges $200 for the loose pipe repair.

Loosely read, or common-sense read, replacing windows in no way alters the "structure" so why permit?

Tons of companies sell them and they are reasonable priced for you vs loosing multiple potential sales. 

I’ve now filed paperwork with my bank that Cozy is only allowed to deposit, not withdraw, however this whole situation has caused me to loose trust in Cozy as a whole.

There will be plenty of sponsors and investors who loose everything and maybe more than they invested. 

I could get a Brentwood CA property and have a cash-cow OR loose shirt off back, all depending on how I acquired it.
