Logistically it makes sense.

The Parks really do have an advantage and always will they can work slim margins with volume.Just saying; verify the numbers and logistics of a business model in your area before you spend much time.

My friend found out they have intensions to expand their recieving/back of house/logistical areas into the existing parking area, not the other 2 (zoned multi-family)vacant lots.
