At the bottom you can look at references written by BP members and actually interact with the writer through BPs message system.I'll reach out with some information and a colleague request. 

I have found several with two entrances / split levels and a common laundry space such that I could rent 2-3 BR to another family or 2-3 professionals and earn $1500-2000/mo on a $200-250k purchase while living cheaply in the other 1000 SF of the house and having limited forced interaction with the roommates/tenants. 

I met them and felt good about my interactions with the team.

And actually interact with folks who have used them before as real (not anonymous) references.

I've had positive interactions with them so far.  

I opened a new host account to handle guest interactions myself, hired a local handyman for emergencies, and found a cleaning person who could also act as my eyes and ears for any required handyman services.

In CA, I don't recall a single one, which I have had many many more interactions with contractors over the years. 

I had a fantastic time, and, as always, I learned so much from our interactions.
