And also being next to a base Im thinking about short term renting, or Air BNB How did you finance this deal?

My husband and I are most interested in STR air bnbs and Apartment buildings but also love the idea of flipping for BRRRR. 

Would even pay for their air ticket and help them buy a house.  

I remember once I was in a nice area of ATL at a closing and the attornies office was hot I asked whats up he said his two condenser got stolen that night LOL.. its a very active sport out East of the rockies we just dont hear of this on the west coast..
