I think this event will make people more responsible (savings/rainy day funds will be taken seriously) and healthier (people will actually wash their hands and stay away from people who show symptoms of a cold or flu). 

It's like asking what's the average price of a restaurant meal.

Meal delivery and cooks at restaurants are doing ok, wait staff not so much.  

Imagine the glut of used equipment that will be available that will not be ancient, and the amount of applicants for new jobs at the new restaurants.Experienced operator looking to team up with silent partner type ads, EZ Terms Dark commercial units, etc...Italian, Mexican, American, Chinese, Hot Dogs, etc...Every cloud has a silver lining.And for those that can place Experienced Operators with Silent Partners, a cut of the action, and maybe free meals for a year (it's not what you know, it's who you know) ...Every cloud has a silver lining.Look beyond the darkness to the coming dawn and figure out how to enjoy the sunlight! 

And that doesn't take into account other govt. assistance and religious charities that help people stay in housing when they experience job loss.Add in the lowered costs of not driving to work and eating out (as pretty much most of the country does for at least one and in some cases all three meals a day) and he may be better off financially than when working.Before you forgive rent, get documentation that he has applied for and been denied these benefits.

Tenants need to be informed about revenue generating opportunities and being reminded to cancel their cell phones, internet, sell their new car and buy something they can afford and that ramen noodles is the cheapest meal out there. 

Cooking my own really healthy meals, drinking a gallon a day and a couple other things to keep healthy.Besides that I've been reading marketing books.

People love the idea that they can cook a meal, sit on the couch, and watch Netflix on the first night that they move in.
