Well both of those areas are pretty much the hardcore ghetto.

When I started this thread I was just kind of ,you know , wondering if people were doing hard-core SEO and marketing, etc  or just slapping it on Airbnb and letting it go.  

@Trevor EwenI see posts all the time here of people doing hardcore self promotion, posting their podcast interviews from other places, client testimonials but they were in the marketplace.  

Obviously you're going to have to compromise a bit and not be a hardcore purist or fundamentalist if you want to get a bunch of mortgages.

The thing you want to learn, hardcore, is what makes a good PM.

I am new to the BP site but have been a hard-core podcast listener since discovering these amazing shows. 

As you already know usually lot of hardcore investors (I am more of a passive investor) go for distressed property in MLS or they identify them by direct mail or some other kind of marketing so that they can buy the property on the cheap and put some work in to get more equity.

Ryan,I know you are not necessarily talking about doing hardcore billboards, but you can't put those things up anywhere these days.
