Anyone investing in the 44105 or 44127 area of Cleveland?
hi guys,
I am trying to get some feedback on holding rental property in the broadway area of Cleveland. How is the rental market in this area? Anyone having success here?
Thanks

S.E. is a great market - I have four properties there and am looking for more. Quality tenants, solid rental rates and very good appraised values. Foreclosure inventories are way down in some of the better parts of the city (S. of Mayfield, where my properties are). There is still decent inventory N. of Mayfield.
@James Wise May be able to help you if you look at the western 'burbs.
Garfield/Warrensville/Maple are all good cash-flowing markets. A colleague of mine owns 75 properties in those three cities and he mentioned that, of the three, Warresnville is his favorite.
If you have any questions on the eastern suburbs, feel free to reach out.
Good luck!
